As Coach House Collective is a collection of separate Merchants, we are unable to provide a blanket ‘Returns Policy’ across the entire space.

Please refer to each Merchant for their individual ‘Terms and conditions policy.

Black Medullary: No exchange or refunds on purchased items.

Chapter & Oak: No exchange or refunds on purchased items.

Field & Potter: No exchange or refunds on purchased items.

Hunter & Gatherer Collections: Will provide a refund, repair or replacement where an item is faulty, or does not work as advertised or reasonably intended. - please see website for more detail.

Laine’s Jewellery: No exchange or refunds on purchased items.

Maison Ivy: Exchanges and refunds accepted with sale receipt within 7 days of purchase

Table and Sill: No exchange or refunds on purchased items.

The Bag Lady: No exchange or refunds on purchased items.
